About Me...
I went to SVA in New York City for Cartooning, and have taken several other classes there and at F.I.T. on children's books and toy design. In addition to freelance and my own stuff, I do illustration and design work for Mascot Books, a children's book company in Herndon, VA, and Tedde, a designer teddy bear company based in NYC.
I'm a sci-fi/fantasy nerd at heart, and although I consider myself a gamer I haven't actually had time to play anything longer than a few rounds of Angry Birds lately. My ipod is my savior when I'm at my drawing table, and everything I know about cake decorating I learned from the Food Network. Halloween is my FA VO RITE holiday. I've been playing Resident Evil since I was 12 and watching zombie movies ever since, so I have a special place in my heart (brain?) for the undead. I like collecting weird things, like vinyl designer toys and oddities from the Dollar Tree, and I like to read. A LOT. Target is my second home.
